Returns

• Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong products.
• You must contact us within 48 hours after delivery.
• The product should be unused and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used drink products
• Products damaged after delivery
• Sale or discounted items

Refunds

• After checking the returned product, approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
• Refunds will be sent to the original payment method.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before shipping.
• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
